To keep our service upgraded with new technologies in the market, we have dedicated in- house Prototype development Centre. These centres are highly recognised by multinational companies like Siemens, GE, Kirloskar ( logos ) etc. At our Prototype development Centre, we strive for continuous research and implementation of the latest technologies. To support the implementation of innovations, we are having a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility which includes all the high-tech machinery. In addition, we do have an extensive in-house product designing facility. Our engineering set-up has high-end workstations with industrial leading CAD/CAE packages, including Solidworks, Autodesk, Ansys etc. We also have our own full-fledged engineering database management software to manage the huge database of 3D models, 2D drawings, standard part libraries, design standards and much more. Under the guidance of Mr. Vinoba Kakade & mangers from Research & Development and Production, the Prototypes and Pilot Workshop departments have joined forces to create the new Prototype Development Centre (PDC). Thus the new Prototype Development Centre brings together activities related to the initial stages of design and development of new models, both virtual and physical, together with issues of feasibility, productivity, problem analysis and a proactive pre-emptive approach to problem-solving in production processes.
