At Kakade Laser, we care deeply about the well-being of our team. To support this, a health check-up camp was organized across Unit-1 (Dhayari, Pune), Unit-2 (Velu, Bhor), and Unit-3 (Karad, Satara).
The camp was spread over 4 days to ensure that all 525+ employees could participate comfortably, without disrupting regular work.
Employee wellness is a priority for us. Regular health check-ups:

During the camp, employees underwent several basic health checks, including
Blood pressure monitoring
Blood sugar tests
Eye check-up
General medical consultation
These screenings provided employees with valuable insights about their health.
