Our 8-Step Process – From Order to Dispatch
1. Drawing & Order Submission
You share your technical drawing, model, or sketch. Our engineering team studies the design and loads it into our CAD/CAM software.
2. CNC Programming & Planning
We prepare the program for cutting and bending with optimized toolpaths for material efficiency and accuracy. Our planning team schedules the job based on priority and delivery timeline.
3. Laser Cutting
Your part is cut using our fiber laser cutting machines from top global brands. Whether it's MS, SS, aluminum, or brass, we achieve cutting precision of ±0.1 mm.
For assemblies or special parts, we perform TIG/MIG welding, laser welding, or aluminum welding using high-end machines. Fixtures and gauges ensure consistent fit-up and accuracy.
6. Surface Finishing
We provide in-house powder coating, liquid painting, anodizing, or UV printing depending on application. Our 9-tank pre-treatment process ensures corrosion resistance and excellent finish.
7. Final Quality Inspection
Every part undergoes a 100% visual and dimensional inspection, including thickness, gloss, bend test, adhesion test, and custom checks as required.
8. Safe Packing & Timely Dispatch
Parts are packed using foam/bubble wrap and protective boxes to ensure no damage in transit. We use trusted transport partners or express delivery for fast service.
